Our Policy

Our top priority is and always will be the health and well-being of your future pet. We are deeply committed to responsible breeding practices that go far beyond words—they guide every decision we make. We carefully select our breeding dogs based on thorough genetic testing to ensure they are free from inheritable health issues. We will never knowingly pair dogs that could pass on harmful genetic conditions. This careful planning and testing help us produce puppies with the best possible start in life, both physically and genetically.

Puppy Contract

Commitment

Every one of our puppies is born and raised inside our home—not in a shed, a garage, or a separate kennel space. They are part of our everyday life from the moment they arrive, experiencing all the normal sounds, routines, and interactions of a busy household. This allows us to provide early, consistent socialization in a loving, family-based environment that helps them grow into confident, well-adjusted companions. We also back every puppy with a one-year genetic health guarantee. While we hope it’s never needed, it is there to give you peace of mind and to show our dedication to doing right by you and your new puppy. Everything we do is rooted in care, transparency, and our desire to raise puppies the right way—from our home to yours.

What if you change your mind?

We understand that sometimes, despite the best intentions, a new puppy may not be the right fit for your home or circumstances. If, for any reason, your Double Doodle puppy does not work out, we are committed to their well-being and will gladly accept him or her back. Our goal is to ensure that every puppy ends up in a loving, supportive environment, and we are here to help make that transition as smooth and compassionate as possible. Your puppy’s happiness and safety are our top priorities, and we are always willing to step in and provide a caring solution if things don’t go as planned.
