Waggin’ Through the Weeks

The June 2025 litter of Cockadoodledoos have a genetic makeup of 62% poodle, 25% Golden Retriever, 13% Cocker Spaniel. These pups are estimated to be 20-30 pounds as adults. We are beyond excited!

Coat Types and Texture

Our litter has 2 coat types:

• Wavy: A popular coat type with loose waves, often considered the “classic” Doodle look.
• Straight: Straighter coat more like golden retrievers, though this is less common in Doodles

Coat Colors

Our litter has 3 color types:

1. Apricot: Apricot Doodle color is one of the most sought-after shades. This warm hue ranges from a light peach to a deeper, richer apricot, adding a touch of warmth to your dog’s look.
2. Red: Red Doodles are striking, with a vibrant, fiery coat that stands out in any crowd. This bold color can range from a deep mahogany to a lighter, coppery tone.
3. Cream: If you like the color of vanilla ice cream, sweet cream, or toasted marshmallows, you may be drawn to the warm ivory color of the cream

5 Months

Week 5

We have been busy growing, learning, and running! There is no way mom can stop us! Our days are filled with playful wrestling, music, galloping around the yard. Most importantly, we love our puppy food!

Week 3

Growing cuter by the minute!! Rolling, stretching, staggering to walk, these doodz are livin’ the life! Classical piano music lulls them while they enjoy Nappy Hour at the Milk Bar. Everyone’s eyes have opened! We are cruisin into next week!

Week 2

Everyone remains on target! We were surprised with open eyes, increased mobility, and much less squeaking this week! Even their snouts are starting to pop. Izzy is coming and going as needed, enjoying more and more time outside the whelping box. Most importantly she welcomed visitors!

Week 1

Izzy and crew are fantastic! During the first week, everyone has hit weight gain and mobility targets! Izzy is enjoying a variety of meals consisting of boiled chicken, ground beef, wild caught salmon, cottage cheese, rice, & puppy chow. Protein, fat, calcium, & carb enriched foods aid in milk production. She eats every 3-4 hours to sustain her kiddos. She is out walking and playing in the sun and has recovered in record time!
